Q: What are your Hours?


A: Monday – Friday 7:30 – 5:30, (Extended hours available)


Q: What type of warranty do you offer?

A: A written lifetime warranty on all workmanship and refinishing for the life that you own the vehicle.


Q: How long will the repair process take?

A: We will asses the damages to your vehicle and give you an estimate time of completion.


Q: Do I need to get more than one estimate for the repairs to my vehicle?

A: No, in the State of Washington you may take your vehicle to any collision repair facility of your choice for an estimate and repairs.


Q: Do you charge for a repair estimate?

A: No, and no appointment is necessary.


Q: Who do I pay my deductible to?

A: In every instance, your deductible is paid directly to the body shop once repairs have been completed.


Q: How do I process my insurance claim?

A: We work with all Insurance Companies, and we understand the claims process and can assist you whether you’re the insured or claimant. After you have reported the accident and have received your claim number we will assist you with the remainder of your claim.
